FREE PARKING - Parking lot entrance is located in front of Osborn.


Osborn Family Health Center is a deemed Federal Public Health Service and receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice for itself and its covered individuals. The center is also licensed by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services and is also an FTCA deemed facility. 

  

After hours, for all medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to the closest emergency room. To reach the covering doctor, please call our main number (856-757-3700) for instructions to reach the physician on call.
