Patients should call 1-877-719-0060 to make a Corona Virus vaccine appointment. Appointments for all vaccines including boosters and age ranges approved by the FDA are accommodated. Vaccines are free.   

We require all patients to wear a mask when entering the building and to keep it on for the entire visit unless instructed by the staff to remove it

For the safety of patients and staff, we encourage limiting visitors that accompany patients to their appointments, unless they are a guardian or caregiver.  We encourage one parent and one child at scheduled appointments in Pediatrics. This will help mitigate spread of disease as we follow CDC guidelines. 

We are following the “social distancing” recommendations.

We are now offering Telehealth visits that will eliminate the need to come in personally for many types of visits.  Please call for a Telehealth appointment.

For patients who may have become unemployed please reach out to our Financial Counselors.  They can assist with insurance applications or our Sliding Fee Discount Program.
